After two years working construction to build colleges and getting paid minimum wage, Don and his co-workers were abruptly fired. After some investigating, Don found out that, by law, his employer was supposed to be paying above the minimum wage for construction work.

Almost overnight, Don went from being able to provide for his kids and save money for their college tuition to nearly homeless. He lost his car and the credit card debt started to pile up.

Don filed a prevailing wage lawsuit and was able to recover his stolen wages.
